If supported stretching sounds appealing, start by asking about Thai. If you prefer smooth contact while remaining more settled, compare the oil-based styles.
Pressure does not decide this question on its own. A firm oil massage is still different from an assisted stretch. If you are unsure, describe what you liked or disliked about an earlier massage, or tell the team this is your first visit.
Then discuss the available duration, suitable clothing or products, and the price. You do not need to know the technical name of a stroke to explain your preference.

No. Thai has a different structure built around assisted movement and stretching. Strength of pressure is a separate preference.
Which Kainos options use oil?
Swedish, Aromatherapy and Balinese are oil-based styles. Ask about the products and exact session approach for your chosen massage before booking.
Can I choose oil massage if I dislike fragrance?
Ask which product is used. An oil-based massage is not automatically fragrance-free, even if it is not called Aromatherapy.
What if I do not enjoy changing position?
Mention that preference. A flowing oil-based style may be more appealing than a session with assisted stretching and more active repositioning.
